arrow If you were there last 13 -14th March, then you probably would have concluded that Raptor Watch Weekend 2010 was a resounding success.

The official launch of this year’s event was kicked off by MNS president Tan Sri Dr. Salleh Mohd Nor with the help of Raptor Watch celebrity ambassador Maya Karin. As if on cue, over 100 raptors made their grand entrance just as Raptor Watch 2010 was officially launched!

Also present at the event was TM Bhd chairman Datuk Dr. Halim Shafie. Tan Sri Dr. Salleh acknowledged TM for their generous support by not only being the event’s main sponsor but also for the TM Earth Camp programme organized in conjunction with MNS.

By March 22nd, the total number of raptors counted totaled over 60,000 setting a new record for Tanjung Tuan! For a more detailed list of raptors found crossing over Tanjung Tuan, Click here..

MNS would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to all sponsors, supporters and volunteers for their dedicated support in making this event a success.
